An experienced creative team, Stacy and Jim Stevenson, two artists of different creative mediums with one artistic goal in mind. Together they started S. Stevenson Designs in 2008 to design and hand paint wearable art that is a feast for the senses. Ordinary accessories and clothing turned into timeless pieces of artwork, inspired and designed with your memories, your achievements, your creativity, and just simply the celebration of you, your imagination is their canvas!

The artist and painter of S. Stevenson Designs, Stacy Stevenson is an accomplished Fine Artist, Mural /Portrait Painter and Jeweler, who has been painting / teaching and creating for over 23 years in Florida. Her innovative design styles, whether it be imaginary, whimsical, natural or realistic, her vibrant use of color and textures, and attention to detail can turn an ordinary handbag or piece of clothing into a wearable, moveable piece of artwork.

Jim Stevenson creates his artistic magic behind the camera. Jim a Florida native, a rare find in our “melting pot” culture in the sunshine state. Jim has been working his magic and talent behind the camera for many years. His photos have been used in a variety of advertising mediums and marketing campaign’s not only here in Florida, but across the nation. Jim uses his camera like and artist uses their paint palate to create extraordinary photos with unusual depths of field, textures and colors that jump off the page. His astute eye and attention to  design details, together with Stacy's talent as a fine painter, the Stevenson's make a winning artistic team.

About Our Products

You can choose from one of Stacy Stevenson’s many designs or you can design your own creation. We are here to help and assist you in the design process. Imagine capturing a special moment in your life and having it hand painted on a purse, shoes, cap or clothing. Do you remember that beautiful sunset, or that day at the beach, your favorite place to just kick back and relax. Did you catch a prize winning sailfish, how about a scene from your favorite movie, or want to specialize your company logo or create a design? It is all up to you, use your imagination, the sky is the limit. All you need to do is contact us and supply us with some pictures or a drawing, a clipping from a magazine or something off the internet. We discuss with you the types of different painting styles to choose from and then the rest is left up to us!  

Then the hand painting processes starts.  Only artist quality fabric dyes and paints are used to transform something ordinary into a beautiful piece of wearable art. An average of 25 hours or more of painting goes into each one of their creations. So please allow a minimum of 20 days to have your specialized hand painted item completed and shipped back to you.  Stacy pays attention to every intricate detail along with the practical features of the item. Once the hand painting process is complete,  It is signed by Stacy Stevenson. The final process to insure the lasting quality of the fabric dyes and paints; it is heat set and then finished off with a layer of stain resistant and water proofing.
