Items purchased from The Gallery: (Pre painted Items) that are not special orders, may be returned within 30 days of purchase. If you will be returning an item that you purchased thru The Gallery, please contact us either by phone or by email that you will be returning an item. Once we receive the item back we will process your refund. Your refund will be processed by the payment method you used to order the item. Shipping fee's are non- refundable. Special Orders
Special Orders are non-refundable, there are no exceptions. We have made every effort to insure that the items that we have designed, created and hand painted especially for you has been painted according to your design instructions, verbal discussions and or written instructions. Please note the following:
• If you are supplying the artist with a photograph, drawing, magazine clipping etc. it will be used as an example, or guideline only. The artist cannot reproduce an exact replica of the example item supplied, as this is an artistic rendition. We do not use digitized reproductions, screen prints, or decals.
• We suggest that you try the item on prior to having it hand painted to insure that the item is comfortable, and fits properly.
• If you are personalizing an item with a NAME, please make sure you have the correct spelling of the person’s name. Please make sure that you have filled out the shipping instructions properly, correct name, address, and contact information. We will make every effort to track a package being sent to you but S. Stevenson Designs cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
